open-book examination 「参考書持ち込み自由の試験」

前回、「００７　死ぬのは奴らだ」のテーマ曲に出てくる open book という言い回しを取り上げたが、辞書をみると、open-book examination として「教科書や参考書などの持ち込みができる試験」という表現が載っている。

などと、インドについての記事がけっこう見つかった。上の２つにあるように、学校教育の場にこのシステムが導入されるらしい。rote learning は「丸暗記学習」のことである。
